Method 1 :Open Regedit.msc and navigate ComputerHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftWindowsPsched
In some computers you may not find Psched, then you need to create it. Right-click the Windows key in the left-hand navigation bar and select New and name it as “Psched”. Right cick on “Psched” and From the context menu, select New, DWORD (32-bit) Value and enter name as “NonBestLimitEffort”.
Right click on NonBestLimitEffort and enter value as”80″
Save setting and exit from Registry
